Yes. MD Ledger supports quote-to-order and quote-to-invoice workflows, subject to the required user permissions.
Yes. Suppliers and wholesalers can create a Sales Order directly, without having to issue a quote.
You create a private link for a customer. They open it, choose products and send an order, which arrives in MD Ledger for you to process.
When subscriptions are enabled, use the secure billing portal to request cancellation. The final cancellation, data access and refund terms will be available before launch.
Yes. Staff can have separate access with permissions controlling which parts of MD Ledger they can use.
Yes. MD Ledger is designed to work on mobile as well as larger screens.
Yes. If your customers, suppliers or products are in a spreadsheet, you can save it as a CSV file and import it, up to 500 rows at a time. You check the list on screen before anything is saved. Opening balances and past transactions are not imported, so ask your accountant how best to bring those across.
MD Ledger uses controlled access and permission rules. Final backup, recovery and independent monitoring checks are also part of the pre-launch work.
